REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for our software products within 7 (seven) business days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within the specified refund period.
  • The software product must have a major defect or issue that prevents it from functioning as intended.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at stachsbusinesssolutions@outlook.com. The customer support team will review the request and determine if the customer is eligible for a refund.
If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 (five) business days to process. 

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services provided by STACHS Pty Ltd, such as customisation, training, or consulting services.
  • Bank processing fees.
  • Refunds will not be provided in the event that the client's hardware or internet connection is faulty and prevents them from using the STACHS services.
